Dr. Trevor Anderson is a member of The Rehab Doctors seeing patients at The Spine Center in Rapid City, South Dakota. Dr. Anderson is fellowship-trained and board-certified in pain medicine and physical medicine and rehabilitation.
Originally from Spearfish, South Dakota, Dr. Anderson earned his undergraduate degree in math and physics, followed by his medical degree from the University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine in Vermillion. His postgraduate journey included residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, where he assumed the role of chief resident in his final year.
After completing his residency, Dr. Anderson undertook a yearlong fellowship in pain management at M Health Fairview. He focuses on interventional pain management, ultrasound-guided injections, neuropathic pain, electromyography (EMG), and botulinum toxin (BOTOX) injections for headaches, cervical dystonia, and spasticity. He is always excited to meet new patients and work collaboratively to find effective pain solutions.
