Taylor McCormick, DPT

Taylor McCormick, DPT, is originally from Rapid City, South Dakota, and joined Black Hills Orthopedic & Spine Center in 2023. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana while playing on the women’s soccer team. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from South College.

With a history of being a student-athlete and having been on the other side of the table, Taylor resonates with the feeling of having to sit out during the season and prioritizing health and recovery. She is eager to be a part of the other side now, where she can help similar patients come back stronger and better as they overcome challenges and return to becoming the best versions of themselves, both on and off the field. 

Taylor possesses strong interests in sports rehabilitation and women’s health. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, running, playing soccer, and being out on the lake with family and friends.
