I asked if she would recommend any limitations on my using my left foot, as if I did various yard chores all in one day, as well as hiking or biking, my foot would hurt afterward. She recommended doing only one significant assignment per day. I agreed to this approach.”

I believe it creates an atmosphere to be more personable with the patients and hopefully less pressure on the doctors? I am glad that I didn't just quit coming after I was better because there may be an underlying ongoing problem, and this way, we can ferret it out with time. Thank you, Dr. Chilvers, for informing me what the next option might be before I get really bad, or I get old and have an ongoing problem without having taken care of it when I could've.”
