The Rehab Doctors Joins The Spine Center at Black Hills Orthopedics

Part of the region’s most preferred orthopedic practice, The Spine Center at Black Hills Orthopedics is welcoming two nonsurgical specialists to their Rapid City office. Starting Dec. 1, board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation specialists and sports medicine experts Dr. Christopher Dietrich and Dr. Trevor Anderson from The Rehab Doctors will be seeing patients at 4141 Fifth St. Patients seeking spine and nonsurgical musculoskeletal care are encouraged to call the practice at 605-341-1414 for an appointment.
Proud to take care of the great community of Rapid City and the surrounding areas, Dr. Dietrich and Dr. Anderson offer unique care and treatment options for those experiencing issues with pain and function due to bone, joint, muscle and nerve injuries and conditions. Their expertise is as follows:
- Dr. Dietrich is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, pain medicine and sports medicine. He has a special interest in interventional pain management, ultrasound-guided injections and electromyography diagnostics.
- Dr. Anderson is a fellowship-trained pain medicine specialist and is board-certified in both pain medicine and physiatry. He has a special interest in interventional pain management, ultrasound-guided injections and electromyography diagnostics, neuropathic pain and botulinum toxin injections for headaches, cervical dystonia and spasticity.

A native of Huron, South Dakota, Dr. Dietrich received a medical degree from the University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine. After medical school, he completed his residency and specialty training at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
Dr. Anderson, a native of Spearfish, South Dakota, and earned undergraduate degrees in math and physics as well as his medical degree at the University of South Dakota in Vermillion. After completing medical school, Dr. Anderson completed his residency in physical medicine & rehabilitation and fellowship in pain medicine at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
